SEO optimisation and content plan for the blog section. New version of Prestashop shop for workwear distributor

When working with a workwear distributor, my goal (as an employee of the interactive agency providing the service) was not only to optimise the website, but also to ensure that all the changes would positively impact search results. The client decided to launch a new version of the online shop, based on the PrestaShop engine. Our activities focused on maintaining high quality SEO after the migration, as well as implementing new elements that increased visibility and sales.

Key activities:

SEO optimisation after migration: We took care of the technical optimisation of the new version of the shop (preparation of recommendations), ensuring that the changes did not negatively affect the existing search engine positions. Every element, from URL structure to internal linking and site content, was analysed and formatted in detail.

Creation of a blog section and implementation of the content plan: To increase user engagement and improve SEO, we planned and made recommendations for the implementation of a blog section. By publishing valuable content in the context of workwear, we were able not only to attract new users, but also to enrich the site with additional keywords.

Positioning of competitive phrases: As part of the SEO strategy, we addressed the positioning of phrases related to product categories, which allowed us to reach a wider range of potential customers. By optimising the content for specific categories, we were able to get ahead of the competition in the search engines.
